Day 1: Arrival, Skill-Building, and Campfire Night


Morning Session:

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Arrival and Registration

  • Warm welcome and introduction to instructors and fellow participants.

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Icebreaker Activities & Team Formation

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Introduction to Mountaineering

  • Overview of essential equipment: harness, jumar, carabiners, ropes, belay devices, helmets, and crampons.
  • Demonstration of proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.

12:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Rappelling & Jumaring Techniques

  • Rappelling: Safe descent techniques with professional guidance.
  • Jumaring: Ascending fixed ropes using jumars, focusing on body positioning and safety.
  • Hands-on practice with personalized feedback.

Afternoon Session:

2:30 PM – 3:15 PM: Lunch Break

Yes, the campsite is equipped with clean and accessible bathroom facilities.

Bring personal essentials such as clothing, toiletries, a sleeping bag (optional), and a sense of adventure! All technical gear will be provided.

Yes, all meals from lunch on Day 1 to lunch on Day 2 are included, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.
