It takes a lot to make a good living and thrive through life than just formal education. Kids undeniably learn a lot in classrooms but unfortunately, they get deprived of the opportunity to develop their inherent qualities. Recreational activities like art, sports, adventure, travel, etc. provides children with a path to practice empathy, resilience, decision-making skills, and care for the environment. We bring these wisdom through methods of experiential learning. These life skills are otherwise difficult to imbibe in regular school life.
Hence, we’ve come up with a unique summer adventure camp program that fuses art, craft, meditation, trekking, survival training, and more into one wholesome package. Another special thing about this adventure camp is its place. A traditional Himachali house in Chakki (Naggar) with all things beautiful. It provides its guests with an experience that remains with them long after they leave. The greenery in and around the farmstay is enough to calm the senses of those wanting to spend time away from the busy cities and their polluted air.
Another drawback of the metropolitan life is that for entertainment or even studies, kids are stuck to mobiles for too long. While we embrace technology when it comes to safety and study, we do ask that campers submit their phone to us on their arrival. For urgent communication, parents can contact the camp supervisor.
This particular trip will promote all-around development among the kids & give them an experience of a lifetime. On their return, you will definitely witness a positive change in the children’s attitude. So if your child is between the ages of 7-18, this is an adventure you want to send them on.
Note: A separate batch can also be planned if approached by a group. The usual strength of a batch is 20 campers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q1) Does my child need to have any prior backpacking, or outdoor experience?
Not at all! Our camps do not require any prior knowledge or experience in hiking, camping, or pottery. However, it does make it easier on the participants if they enjoy being outdoors or are at least open to it. We do recommend getting a good-fitting backpacking backpack for the backpacking camp. Over the course of the camps, participants will learn everything they need to know (and then some)
Q2) What are your Electronics Policies?
We ask that phones and other electronics besides cameras or a watch to be submitted on Day 1 (please no smartwatches). We ask this for a multitude of reasons, the first being that being in the outdoors and surrounded by nature, we have discovered that most elements do not mix well with our phones or other electronics. Staff will have their phones and take photos although we try and be as present as possible meaning we typically do not use our phones at camp when not needed. As we like to say let’s unplug and connect together!
Q3) Will I be able to contact my child?
Yes, in case of emergency you will be able to contact your child through the camp supervisor.
Q4) What will the accommodation be like?
Through out the journey, kids will stay at this beautiful traditional homestay that has all the facilities one may require and even more in terms of the beauty. They will definitely enjoy their stay here.
Q5) What does the menu look like on your trek?
We provide you with healthy, nutritious food, both veg and non-veg, thrice a day on your trek. There will be snacks in between too, and sometimes pocket snacks for the trail. You’ll be served mostly North Indian vegetarian food coming to your meals. So your typical meal will include roti (Indian flatbread), sabzi (vegetable), rice and dal (lentils). You’ll also find familiar food like khichdi, rajma chawal, pulao, pancakes and sandwiches. There will be copious amounts of hot chai and soup, of course!
Q6) What are the transportation facilities?
A cab will await you at Manali Bus Stand to drop you at the farmstay. On the day of departure, we will drop you at the bus stand. However, one can also start their plan ex Delhi with us. Rs. 4000 extra will be charged for that.
Q7) Is it going to be very difficult?
No. Most of the days are spent in leisure and doing recreational activities requiring least physical effort. Except for the Hike day when your kid will have to walk for 5-6 hours, with short breaks in between.
Q8) Are girls and boys separated?
Girls and boys are accommodated separately in the rooms. However, the program is completely mixed.
Q9) Are camp t-shirts provided?
Yes. Each child’s first registration of the summer includes a shirt. We ask that all kids wear this shirt whenever we are leaving the campus for a field trip. T-shirts can be picked up on the first day of camp.
Q10) Can the parent join their kid for the program?
We’re afraid, it can’t be done. This is a Kids’ specific program. Kids need to come alone or be dropped at the Camp site. So that they can indulge into the activities and plan completely with no distraction.

No technical equipment are required, just your basic clothing. Please refer to page no. 15-16 of the brochure to read the complete list of things to pack.
