1. For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the expedition’s start date, participants are entitled to either a 90% refund or the option to transfer 100% of the total Trek/Expedition cost for a future expedition.
2. For cancellations made between 60–30 days prior to the expedition’s start date, participants are entitled to either an 80% refund or the option to transfer 90% of the total Trek/Expedition cost for a future expedition.
3. For cancellations made between 30–10 days prior to the expedition’s start date, participants are entitled to either a 50% refund or the option to transfer 75% of the total Trek/Expedition cost for a future expedition.
4. For cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the expedition’s start date, participants are entitled to either a 10% refund or the option to transfer 25% of the total Trek/Expedition cost for a future expedition.
